Website Grader
Also today, I’ll quickly introduce you to an awesome SEO tool I use frequently (frequently’s probably too often, yeah?). It’s called Website Grader. All you do is type your website’s address and hit you enter key. Then after a few seconds, you will be given an SEO score and a list of suggested ways to improve and promote your website.
Like DomainTools’ SEO Score, Website Grader gives you a score out of 100. Well DomainTools gives you a percentage, but it’s the same thing. The information Website Grader gives you has a very different focus. Website Grader doesn’t concern itself (as much) with you HTML code.
When calculating your score, Website Grader takes into in account things such as:
- Your Google PageRank
- The number of pages Google has indexed
- Backlinks
- Alexa rank
- RSS feeds
- Whether or not you have a blog
It tells you if something is missing and a quick spiel on why it’s important.
