Who am I?
My name is Andrew McGrath or “Cash” (named after the bot “Crash” in Quake III. Nothing to do with being wealthy… yet!)
I’m currently 22 and currently work at an IT company. But I feel like there’s more to life and you shouldn’t be stuck behind a desk, making someone else a lot of money for your entire working life.
What does this website do?
I’m trying to prove is that there are alternatives to what people refer to as a “real job”. I’m going to prove that one can achieve success without killing themselves in the process. There are many alternatives and I believe the greatest is the Internet. The options are practically endless, and the greatest thing is that the capital (and risk) to start almost any kind of Internet business is very small.
The path I’m taking? I’m looking at starting a few website, getting them as close to the top of Google as possible. My sites are all going to be free services, so they will be advertising supported.
So as learn about SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and running websites in general, I will share the knowledge I gain with you and let you know how my top secret business ventures are traveling.
Hopefully I’ll inspire other people to do the same and break the mold. Maybe one day I’ll even write a book…
